All aboard!

All aboard the Polar Express!

Every year my family likes to go to a Christmas concert or play to celebrate the season. This year we decided to take a ride to the North Pole on the Polar Express. Ok - so it was actually the Heber Creeper and we rode to Soldier Hollow, where they had some houses with lights in the distance and Santa was standing in the middle of sage brush waving and waiting to board the train. It was actually a lot of fun. The kids all wore their PJ's. The elves and chefs serve cookies and hot chocolate and we read the story of the Polar Express. Then we picked up Santa at the North Pole and he came on the train and gave all of the kids a bell and asked them what they wanted for Christmas. The whole thing was magical for all of the kids. We just wish that our new little one would have been there to enjoy it with us. Maybe it's something we'll have to do again in a couple of years! It was a fun way to get into the Christmas spirit.

My heck! Hannah is so big! That is a fun idea! Lydia keeps telling me she wants to ride on a train. I'll have to take her some time! You look cute as always!

Wendee you MUST post a belly picture for those of us who don't live in Utah. I for one want to see your pregnant self! Also, the train ride looks really fun.
